Gentlemen:.
On December 2,1988, TV Electric notified your Mr. S. D. Bitter of a deficiency involving W-2 type cell switches. The latest report on this issue, logged TXX-89125', was submitted March 6, 1989.
This is an interim report, of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
TV Electric is continuing its eva10ation of deportability for this issue. The next report on this issue will be submitted by June. 12, 1989.
