- The purpose of this Modification No. 18.is to obligate incremental. funds'in tne amount-of $206,800.00 for Maintenance Repairs. Accordingly, Contract No. NRC-10-87-171 is hereby modified as follows:
1.
'Under Section B.4, " Obligation and Consideration," Subsections a, e, and g are deleted in their entirety and the following revised Subsections are substituted i., lieu thereof:
"a.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for' full performance under this contract, inclusive of the basic year, and-Option' Years 1 and~2, will be $4,939,459.00.
e.
The amount presently obligated for payments to be made.in accordance with " Maintenance Repairs" is $508,965.00.
g.
The total amount' presently obligated for performance of the-contract fs $4,440,812.00."
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
