TERMINATION OF REQUIREMENTS OF ORDER By EN 87-26 dated March 31, 1987 the Comission was notified of the intent of the staff to issue an Order Suspending Power Operation and Orcer to Show Cause (Effective Immediately) to Philadelphia Electric Comparty. This action was based on the fact that at times during various shifts over an extended period one or more licensed operators, at the controls were at least inattentive to duties.
The staff intends to issue a letter to the Philadelphia Electric Company on October 5,1989 terminating the rec;uirements of the order. This letter is based on the fact that all the conditions of.the order have been met and the staff, after reviewing the licensee's restart program including a 100% power
- holdpoint, is presently satisfied with the licensee's performance.
