Gentlemen:
Enclosed is Revision 8-to Issue 4
of the Beaver Valley' Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 8 changes include:
(1) The addition of a figure diagram and text that provide guidance in
.the event of a land vehicle bomb attack threat.
This was added in response to Generic Letter 89-07 concerns.
(2) The physical location of the Unit 1 7R outage support trailers.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not co constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since they do not decrease
'ne safeguards effectiveness of.the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in
.accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered propri atary under the provision of 10 CFR 2.790(d),
and Safeguards Information under the
. provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and thereby exempt from pu'.ilic disclosure.
