This is in regard to your letter of May 11,1998, on Ge subject of Decommissioning the SLDA.
We are reviewing, and will respond on, the subsantive aspects of your letter in due course.
Meanwhile, I have been requested by our corporate counsel to point out to you that the legal holder oflicense SNM-2001 is BWX Technologies, Inc. also referred to as "BWXT", and not "B&W". Thus reference in your letter to "B&W" and "B&W's license" should be to BWXT and BWXT's license.
We understand how easy it is to make the mistake, and we have made it ourselves on occasion; but we will appreciate your efforts tojoin us in keeping the references straight in the future.
