In response to concerns addressed by Mr. Bruce Earnest of your organization to Mr. Brian Barbero of Public Service Company of Colorado in a telephone conversation on September 20, 1989, we are submitting a revised page 71 of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan.
This revised page corrects an item which is unacceptable to the Commission Reviewer.
We request that the attached information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and 10 CFR 73.21.
