Our original submittal:of the proposed Technical Specification' amendment to Section 3/4.9 Containment Isolation was transmitted by letter dated September 25, 1989. A subsequent telephone call on September 27, 1989, requested a minor clarification of plant conditions that would require operation of the containment purge / vent isolation valves;-specifically a clarification of the routine required surveillance of this system.
The purpose of'this letter is to provide the-requested information through a minor revision of page 210 " Bases" section of our submittal. Please use this letter as your authorization to substitute the enclosed page.210, as revised, for the previously transmitted page 210.
