Interrocatorv No. 2 Please state the names of, business addresses of, business phone numbers of,and contact persons at any and all bus companies that submitted proposals in response to New Hampshire Yankee's invitation to submit proposals for the furnishing of 35 evacuation bed buses.

Aeolicants' Response Applicants object to this interrogatory on the ground that the information it seeks, concerning proposals for the provision of contractual services that have not been accepted, is irrelevant to the admitted contentions. In accordance with New Hampshire Yankee procedures, quotations submitted by bidders contain confidential information and shall be maintained as confidential by New Hampshire Yankee.

Disclosure of the terms of any bid before a particular bid is

i finally accepted would be disruptive and would undermine the confidentiality of the ongoing process of soliciting contractual services.

Interrogatory No. 3 For each and every proposal submitted to New Hampshire i

Yankee in response to the invitation to submit proposals for the furnishing of 35 bed buses, please describe the terms and elements of the proposal including but not limited to:

a. the name of the company submitting the proposal;
b. the price quoted for both purchase and lease options;
c. the number of buses to be furnished by the bus company under the proposal;
d. the number of bus drivers to be furnished by the bus company under the proposal;
e. the names, home addresses and phone numbers of any bus drivers who have signed up to be bus drivers;
f. how many of the buses are new;
g. for each used bus offered under a proposal, please state:

(1) its remaining useful and economic life; (2) its book value; (3) its year, make and mode; (4) its mileage; (5) its mileage and/or hours on its current engine; (6) whether it is registered as a bus / motor bus or school bus; (7) its registration number, 1

Interrogatory No. 8 Since the receipt of the bed bus proposals described in response to Interrogatory No. 2, has New Hampshire Yankee decided to, or is New Hampshire Yankee contemplating, implementing bed buses in the SPMC in any way other than contained in the Evacuation Bed Bus Bid Specification attached as Exhibit A?

Aeolicants' Response No. At this time, New Hampshire Yankee has not evaluated -

any other way for " implementing bed buses in the SPMC." New Hampshire Yankee will evaluate the proposals as well as other alternatives for implementation of the plan to use evacuation bed buses.
