North Atlantic has determined that this revision does not decrease the effecti~eness of the Physical Security Plan. Enclosure 1 contains the revisions to the plan.
The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosure.
