NRC-03-89-031' Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 B.' 2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--TASK ORDERS (MAR 1989) a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered,_ delivered, and accepted under this contract is'$4,014,549.00. The Contracting Officer may:
unilaterally increase this amount as necessary for completion of orders places with the contractor during the contract period provided such orders are within any maximum ordering limitation prescribed under this contract.

I.5, Minimum and Maximum Amount). Additional funds obligated against'.this guaranteed minimum are obligated under individual task orders issued prior to Modification 1.
The Contracting Officer shall-issue orders for work up to the minimum amount stated.
Individual task orders shall state whether funds for that effort are being obligated on the task order or have been previously. obligated on the contract.

each task order and will be incorporated as a ceiling in the resultant task order.
The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 52.232-20--Limitation of Cost for fully funded task orders and 52.232-22--Limitation of Funds for incrementally funded task orders, issued hereunder.

Clause I.5, Minimum and Maximum Amount, is revised to read as follows:
-1.5 Minimum and Maximum Amount During the life of this contract, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of one (1) staff year of effort. Total orders placed during the life of the contract shall not exceed fifty-five (55) staff years of effort.
For the purposes of this contract, a staff year is defined as 2,080 hours9.259259e-4 days <br />0.0222 hours <br />1.322751e-4 weeks <br />3.044e-5 months <br /> per year of both professional and non professional labor at a total estimated cost of $72,992.00."
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the ceiling amount of $4,014,549.00, remain unchanged.
