MODIFICATION NO.1 TO GRANT NRC-04-87-091 BETWEEN THE JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION This modification is unilaterally issued to extend the grant period of perfu ance identified in Block No. 3. The Government, hereby, accepts your attached letter dated July 25, 1989. Accordingly, the grant is hereby modified as follows:
- 1. Block No. 3, " Grant Period, is extended from August 10, 1987 through-March 31,1990." The effective date of Modification No. 1 is August 9, 1989.
All other terms and conditions of this grant remain unchanged.
