R submittal. Fuel Cycle. 8 Reload Safety Evaluation. The enclosed work request was transmitted to Reactor Systems Branch on 9/26/89.

.i that the lic'ensee's 9/6/89 submittal really calls for no review. The core. design changes that needed review have been reviewed separately under TAC 73123. Thus no additional work will be done on TAC 74813, and itlis considered closed as of the date of this memorandum.
