Dear'D'r. Murley:

In reference (a), pursuant to 10CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposed to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications of Facility Operating Licenses, DPR-39 and DPR-48.

The proposed amendment requested changes to the Administrative Controls Section 6.0 made in accordance with Generic Letter 88-06, several position title changes, and a clarification to the distribution requirements for Onsite Reviews.

In Attachment A to reference (a), the revised Technical Specification pages were provided. The purpose of this letter is to provide corrections to information contained on those pages.

In Attachment A, section 6.1, the responsibilities of the Station Manager and Senior Vice President-Nuclear Operations are delegatable to "or his designee". These words are not annotated in the generic letter, therefore, these words have been removed.

In section 6.1.7.B.4, the reports, reviews, investigations and recommendations prepared and performed for specification 6.1.7.B.2' should be provided to the Vice President PWR Operations, the Superintendent of Offsite Review and Investigative Function, and the AVP Quality Program and Assessment.

.In addition, the AVP Quality Program and Assessment title was erroneously stated in specification 6.1.7.A.2.

These oversights have been corrected.
