Recently, the State of New Mexico has relinquished its Seal Source and Device registration program, transferring its authority back to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatery Commission (NRC). As a registrant of the NRC, we would like to have your registration certificates complete and up to date.
As of this time, we do not have any background files of your registration certificates (i.e.,
NR-270-D-101-U, NR-270-D-102-U, NM-270-D-103-U, NM-270-D-106-U, NM-270-D-112-U, NM 2/0-S-104-B, NM-270-S-105-U, NM-270-S 107-B through -109, NM-270-S-111-U, NM-270-S-113-B, NM-270-S 115-B through -119, and NM 270-S-121-8). To rneet the safety review evaluation requirements, we need these background files to reissue these registration certificates which were iscued by the State of New Mexico. Please send these necessary background files satisfying the guidelines specified in NUREG-1556, Vol 3, " Consolidated Guidance About Materials Licenses," to complete and update these registration certificates as soon as possible. We appreciate your assistance.
