NRC-05-84-153 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this 11 modification is to 1) modify the Agreement to show return of the CE Yellow Creek Engineering flodel on October 13, 1988, provided to TTC under flodification No. 6 and six sections of the Hartsville Engineering 11odel on February 21, 1989, provided to TTC under tiodification No. 3 to Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and 2) TVA responsibility for transportation and moving costs. Accordingly, this Agreement is revised to read as follows:

Article II, Scope of Work, Add new paragraph "P" to read as follows:

P.

"NRC returned TVA's CE Yellow Creek Engineering t1odel on October 13, 1988 and six sections of the Hartsville Engineering flodel (consisting of the radwaste building and equipnient) on February 21, 1989 in good condition to the appropriate TVA tite. The remaining 22 sections (bases or pedestals) consisting of the reactor building, auxiliary building, turbine building-part41 and fuel building-partial are located at NRC's TTC.

TVA's agreement to be responsible for transportation, disassembly, and packing of the designated equipment returned on the above aforementioned dates hereby releases the ilRC from any cost associated with the return of that equipment.

All other terms and conditions, including the estimated cost of $3,957,733.60 remain unchanged.
