) ASLBP No. 89-582-01-SC NRC STAFF MOTION FOR EXTEhSION OF TIME TO FILE NRC STAFF FINDINGS I. INTRODUCTION At the conclusion of the hearing on the Order revoking the general license of John P. Larsen, dba Wrangler Laboratories, the Licensing Board directed the NRC staff to file its findings pursuant to 10 C.F.R. ! 2.754 of the Commission's regulations by Augast 1, 1989. Tr. 723.
Because of unanticipated conflicts in schedules of individuals involved in the preparation of the proposed findings, the Staff may not be able to file-by August 1, 1989.
Str.ff Counsel telephoned Mr. Larsen on July 27, 1989, and told him that it would seek the Board's leave to file its findings one week later than scheduled, i.e., by August 8, 1989. Mr. Larsen indicated that he had no l
objection to the Staff's motion. The Staff indicated that if as a result of j the Steff's filing a week later than scheduled Mr. Larsen should be unable to i
meet his filing date of September 1, 1989, the Staff would not object to his j seeking a one week extension. l 1
