Enclosed please find "Second Report of the Parties and Request for Dismissal of the Graterford Inmates' Contention and Termination of the Proceeding."
As stated in the enclosed. report, the parties are hereby requesting the Licensing Board to enter an Order dismissing the remaining contention of the Graterford inmates and terminating f'e captioned proceeding.
k In obtaining the signed consent of the parties, one of the executed copies sent to us was apparently lost in the mail.
Another executed copy had to be sent.
This resulted in some delay in transmitting the Report.
