NRC-02-87-004 Modification No. 38 Page 2 of 2 This modification is issued to obligate funding in the amount of $68,000.00 under the contract including $66,746.00 to fully fund task order no. 19.
The contract is therefore modified as follows:

Under Section G - Contract Administration Data, paragraph G.1, Contract Ceiling Amount, the second sentence is revised to read:
"The amount of funds available for performance under this contract is
$1,830,100.00."
This modification increases the funds available for performance of task order 019 from $146,000.00 to $212,746.00 thus fully funding the task order.
All ether terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of
$2,100,000.00, remain the same.
