MODIFICATION NO. 6 TO TASK ORDER NO. 6 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-96-004
Dear Mr. Patrick:
This modification supersedes Modification No. 5 dated February 6,1998. The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds, under the subject task order, in the amount of $2,176.69.
hereby decreasing the obligated amount from $41,167 to $38,990.31. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated is $38,990.31."
A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, are provided below:
