Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) establish a minimum and maximum contract amount, (2) provide incremental funding in the amount of
$54,000.00 which is equal to the contract minimum, and (3) designate Henry Bailey as the project officer. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Section B.2 entitled " Consideration and Obligation--Task Orders" is revised to read as follows:
"B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--TASK ORDERS (MAR 1987) a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services order, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $996,369.00.
The Contracting Officer may unilaterally increase this amount as necessary for completion of orders placed with the contractor during the contract period provided such orders are within any maximum ordering limitation prescribed under this contract.
b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $54,000.00.
This obligated amount represents the designated minimum amount of the contract (See Clause I.10).
The Contracting Officer shall issue orders for work up to the minimum amount stated.
Individual task orders shall state whether funds for that effort are being obligated on the task order or have been previously obligated on the contract.
c.
A total estimated cost and fee, if any, will be negotiated for each task order and will be incorporated as a ceiling in the resultant task order.
The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 52.232-20-Lipitation of Cost for fully funded task orcers and 52.232-22-limitations of Funds for incrementally funded task orders, issued hereunder."
2.
New Clause I.10 is added as follows:
"I.10 MINIMUM CONTRACT #10VNis (a)
During the period of performance of this contract, the Government will place orders totaling a minimum of
$54,000.00. Total orders placed during the three year

period will not exceed $996,369.00.
The Government may renegotiate the maximum and minimum contract amounts on an annual basis.

Notwithstanding paragraph (a) above, the Contractor shall l
honor any order exceeding the maximum order limitations in paragraph (a) above, unless that order (s) is returned to i
the ordering office within 10 days after issuance, with written notice stating the Contractor's intent nor to accept the order and the reasons. Upon receiving this notice, the Government may acquire the supplies or services from another source."

Under Subsection G.2, project Office Authority, paragraph a. is revised to replace Dennis Allison with Henry Bailey as Project Of ficer as follows:

The Contracting Officer's authorized representative hereinafter referred to as the project Officer for this contract is:
Henry Bailey US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, AEOD M/S - MNBB - 4106 Washington, DC 20555 (301) 492-9006" All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of
$996,369.00, remain the same.
