Modificatic,; No. 2 To Task Order No. 9 Under Contract No NRC-20-94-233 The subject task order expired on October 30,1997, and we are initiating closecut action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, this modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the amount of $4,588.02 which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this task order from
$118,617.00 to $114,028.98.
1 Accordingly. the third paragraph of the February 26,1997, definitization letter for Task Order No. 9 is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
"The obligated amount of this task order is $114,028.98."
