MODIFICATION NO. 3 TO TASK ORDER NO.13 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-96-004
Dear Mr. Patrick:
This modification supersedes Modification No. 2 dated February 6,1998. The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds, und6r the subject task order, in the amount of $7,546.29, hereby decreasing the obligated amount from $18,736 to $11,189.71. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated is $11,189.71."
A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, ere provided below:
