access, lock and key control, and access authorization lists. This revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. Enclosed you will find Screening Criteria Outlines used in this determination. Revision 37 was initiated due to changes in 10 CFR 73.55 which became effective on January 16,1998.
