MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO TASK ORDER NO.12 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-96-004
Dear Mr. Patrick:
This modification supersedes Modification No. 3 dated February 6,1998. The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds, under the subject task order, in the amount of $44,603.54, hereby decreasing the obligated amount from $91,964 to $47,360.46. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated is $47,360.46."
A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, are provided below:
