Dear Mr. Davis:
The attached Revision 19 to the MASP, submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), reflects changes to the Access Authorization Program, Appendix B, Training and Qualification Plan, and several editorial changes. Most changes are in response to NRC Security Inspection 50-315/89015 (DRSS);
50-316/89015 (DRSS).
Implementation of the Appendix B Training and Qualification Plan change shall be August 15, 1989, for initial training of security officers, and the next regularly scheduled requalification subsequent to that date for currently qualified armed security personnel.
I Details of all changes are found in Attachment 1 to this letter.
As this attached information involves a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure, it is being protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
It is requested that the attachment to.this letter be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
