This modification is issued to incorporate final indirect rates under the subject contract.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Article IV, Consideration, second paragraph, Indirect Costs, is revised to read as follows:
" Indirect Costs 1.
The contractor shall be reimbursed for labor overhead at a rate of 73.5% applied to a base composed of salaries and wagrs.
2.
The contractor shall be reimbursed for general and administrative expenses at a rate of 27% applied to the total estimated cost."
