We hereby request an XCOM License to export components described in 10 CFR Part 110.8(a)(5) through 8(a)(9) in specific, IONTRAC Automatic On-Line Ionic Monitoring for Boiling Water Reactors.
This will confirm my phone conversation with Marvin R. Peterson, Assistant Director of International Security, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC, in which we concurred that this equipment is licensable by the U.S. NRC as the equipment is constructed solely for use in a nuclear reactor and has no other practical purpose.
I have attached information providing the indepth particulars of the IONTRAC 200 Series on-Line Ion Chromatograph as part of this application.
This IONTRAC 200 Series Chromatograph is to be exported tyr3 the country of Norway.
