DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 &2 EEPLY TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION 50-266/89007 & 50-301/89007 This replies to a notice of violation as outlined in Inspection Report 50-266/89007 for Unit 1 and 50-301/89007 for Unit 2. outlines the corrective actions taken and the time at which full compliance was achieved. is a copy of our revised metal detector testing procedure.
The inspection report asked for a reply as to the correctness of the understanding of the description of corrective action in another area.
We agree with the characterization as described.
The subject matter of the attachments to this letter is safeguards information and is considered to be exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c) (2).
