In accordance with section 50.59(b) of the Code of Federal Regulations, this is a report for the periods of July 1, 1988 though June 30, 1989 of the changes, tests, and experiments conducted without prior Commission approval.
During this period, no tests or experiments were ccnducted which constituted an unreviewed safety question, or required a change in technical specifications.
No significant changes to the faculty were made which required Commissi.on notification or approval.
Regulatory actions taken doing this period consisted of two requests for Tec2nical Specification chenges.
They were:
1.
'A request concerning SUNY administrative changes dated 8/4/88.
2.
A request concerning the containment building leak rate, dated 12/20/88.
