NRC-03-87-119-03 Modification No 15 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $100,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as
.follows:
Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, l Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph b. is l
i deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $2,153,000.00."
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling amount of $3,066,035.00, remain unchanged.
