Dear Mr. Matthews:
The proposed locations of the settlement plates at the Lakeview UMTRAP site in Oregon have been reviewed and are acceptable.
Additionally, while at the site on August 22, 1989, copies of PID 13-5-06 and PIDs' 13-5-22 through 27 were obtained from MK-Ferguson.
Your office therefore does not need to forward these documents. We would, however, like to iemind you that the NRC needs copies of all PIDs whether or not our concurrence is requested for the change in specifications.
PIDs 13-S-23, 24, and 26 were issued in 1988.
These documents should be forwarded to us soon after their release.
