This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's proposal for this Task Order No. 0009 dated June 13, 1989, incorporated herein by reference and telephonic changes as detailed below:

$1,126,600.00 Task Order No. 0009 shall be in effect from June 16, 1989 through June 15, 2990 with a total cost ceiling of $1,126,600.00.

The amount of

$1,126,600.00 includes the $150,000.00 verbally authorized to you as stated above.

The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is

$500,000.00.

This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this task 1

order.

The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order i

ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until tio Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respec.! to this task order.

Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole ri;k.

Statement of Work:

This task order consists of general maintenance activities to be assigned by the Project Officer as the need arises.

Activities to be performed by the contractor under this task order shall consist of the following:

1.

Correcting program problems as required to keep the system operating.

System and program enhancements to make the system operate more efficiently or to meet the changing needs of the user.

3.

Updating of system and program documentation and procedures.

4.

Implementation of modifications necessary as the result of new requirements imposed by policy or regulation.

'1 Sy_ stem Coverage Breakdown During the period of performance it may become necessary, due to unknown work requirements and circumstances, for the Project Officer to redistribute hours within certain systems 20%, and between systems 20%, in order to continue providing maintenance support.

Should this action become necessary, the Project Officer will discuss the situations with the contractor and notification of hours redistributed will be forwarded to the Division of Contracts.

In no event shall the redistribution of hours result in an increase to the ceiling amount of the task order.

Each system shall be reported and monitored for work performed and cost incurred by a unique Technical Assignment Control (TAC) number.

Level of Effort The level of effort is estimated as follows:
