The Toledo Edison Company is the operator and a licensee of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS). Toledo Edison has reviewed U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Administrative Letter 98-03, " Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates," dated May 6,

1998 that requested licensees to provide on a voluntary basis, simple numerical estimates of the
/
number of new licensing action requests they expect to submit to the NRC. These estimates are to be used by the NRC in planning adequate resources. Based on a review of past licensing data along with projected future activities, Toledo Edison is providing the estimated information contained in the attachment to this letter.
