I have received the February monthly progress report dated March 22, 1989, for contract no. 50-19_03-02 FIN 82485, Hydrogeologic Performance Assessment for LLW Sites.
Based on my review of the February monthly report, progress to dati. is satisfactory.
This letter documents ray approval of Tim Jones' participation in the DOE /NRC l
UMTRA cover data review held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, March 7-9, 1989.
In addition, I would like to document my request and approval for your visit to Rockville, Maryland during the week of April 3rd,1989 to discuss with me l
revisions to draft contractor products, transfer of PNL codes to NRC computer systems, hardware and software needs, and other issues pertinent to the contract.
I The action taken by this letter is considered to be within the scope of the current contract (50-19-03-02).
No changes to costs or delivery of products is authorized.
Please notify me immediately if you believe that this letter would result in changes to costs or delivery of contracted products.
