Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the location for presentation of the Intemal Dosimetry and Whole Body Counting Course from Chattanooga, Tennessee to King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, which was held January 12-16,1998, as authorized by the NRC Contracting Officer on January 9,1998. Funding in the amount of $13,732 is hereby provided to allow for presentation of the subject course which has been increased by $1,828 from $11,741 to $13,569 as a result of the change in course location.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs. Paragraph B.3 - Schedule of Prices / Costs. Subparagraph B.3.b - Option Year One. is hereby revised to reflect the following:

$13,569.00 and Whole Body Counting Bounting to be held January 12-16,1998, in King of Prussia, PA" Note: All other courses ordered under CLIN 004 during Option Year 1 of the subject contract and conducted at Chattanooga, Tennessee, shall be at the fixed unit price of $11,741.00 2.
Under Section B - Supolies or Services and Prices / Costs. Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obliaation-Delivery Orders. the first sentence of Subparagraphs (a) and (b) are hereby deleted in their entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"(a)
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $201,785.74."
"(b)
The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is
$199,263.74."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
