Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 1989 Emergency Preparedness Exercise Exercise Scenario Package
Dear Sirs:
Attached is the Limerick Generating Station (LGS) 1989 Annual Emergency Exercise scenario package for NRC review.
This scenario package is being submitted sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled November 21, 1989 annual exercise in accordance with an NRC letter dated August 9, 1989, regarding the LGS emergency exercise objectives and scenario guidelines.
This will be a small scale exercise and will not involve participation from off-site emergency response organizations.
Due to the confidentiality of this material, copies of the attached scenario package are only being distributed to those individuals specified as recipients in the NRC August 9,
- 1989, letter.
The attached scenario package provides the scenario objectives, schedules, exercise rules, and controller contingency and simulation information.
This package also contains data relating to plant conditions, radiation levels and release rates, and samples of the data to be presented.
A schedule for the emergency exercise activities is as follows.
