Modification No. One (1) to Task Order No. 4 Under Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 This modification is issued to (1) provide continued data. entry support which increases the task order ceiling amount, and (2) provide incremental funding.in the amount of $23,974.00.
Therefore, this modification hereby results-in the following changes being made to this task order:
1.
In pro _viding for continued data entry support under this task order, the ceiling amount and the funds currently available for payment on this task order are hereby increased by $23,974.00 from $35,481.00 to
$59,455.00.
Therefore, the third paragraph of the definitization letter for this task order is revised to read as-follows:
" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from February 1, 1989, through January 30,1990,' with a total cost ceiling of $59,455.00.
The amount of $55,307.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $4,147.60 represents the fixed fee.
The temporary ceiling of
$5,000.00 for this modification, which was verbally authorized to you on July 29, 1989, is inclucled in the total cost ceiling of $59,455.00.
Funds currently available for payment on this task order are
$59,455.00."
