for one (1) additional computer technician, (3) increase the task order ceiling amount.and provide incremental funding in the amount of.$9,869.31 in support of these' actions.
Therefore, this: modification hereby results in l
i the following changes being made to this task order:
1.
Overtime is authorized for a computer technician to update the Safety Issues Management System (SIMS) database and perform corrections to the j
Project Manager Report (PMR) data currently being " quality controlled" l
manually for eleven (11) weeks beginning September 18, 1989.
2.
The Statement of Work for this task order is revised to add the j
following additional support:
"The contractor shall provide one (1) computer technician for the l
purpose of entering new Task Assignment. Control (TAC) data and corrections to the TAC databases."

3.
The task order ceiling amount and the funds currently available for
)
payment of this task order are hereby increased by $9,869.31 from l
$139,849.00 to $149,718.31.
i Therefore, the third paragraph of the definitization letter for this task order is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 8 shall be in effect from February 1,1989 through January 31, 1990 with a total cost ceiling of $149,718.31.
The amount of $139,272.75 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and L
the amount of $10,445.56 represents the fixed fee.
Funds currently available for payment on this task order are $149,718.31."
