This is to remind you that the latest date for completion in your construction permit CPEP-1 is currently specified to be November 3,1989, and of the thirty-days-prior timely renewal provision of 10 CFR 62.109.

Pursuant to-10 CFR 50.55(b), your application should attempt to show good cause for again extending the completion date. A check to cover the $150.00 fee for a license amendment should also be enclosed.

This letter constitutes a courtesy procedural reminder only, and should not be construed by AlChemIE as an indication that your letter of August 31, 1989, addressed to Mr. Hugh L. Thompson, Jr., or your undated " Response to Order Modifying Licenses and Order to Show Cause Why Licenses Should Not Be Revoked"
