SECY-89-220 - Order Recuestina Information from the Parties for Immediate Effectiveness Review of Full Power Authorization for Limerick Unit 2 The Commission, by a 4-0 vote, approved an order setting forth questions to elicit further information to aid the commission in its consideration of permitting full power operations for Limerick Unit 2.
The Order requests parties' to comment on the questions by August 2, 1989, and provide any response to the comments by August 9, 1989.
(Subsequently, on July 26, 1989, the Secretary signed the Order.)
