(2) NRC approval, R. J. Clark (NRC) to G.-A. Hunger (PECo) dated'2/7/89, same subject.
Gentlemen:
In Reference 1, Philadelphia Electric Conpany (PECo) requested approval to delete the rod sequence cont'rol. system and to lower the rod worth minimizer low power setpoint to' ten percent.
In Reference 2, the Nuclear Regulatory Conmission granted; the approval to implement these changes and requested that PEco advise when the modifications have been completed. This letter provides confinnation that these modifications have been completed.
