This letter is to confirm our understanding, based upon that telephone conversation, that a Technical Specification change is not required to accommodate any administrative conservatism that Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) wishes to impose, in addition to existing TS Puwer Distribution Limits, during power coastdown operation.
