E, IMPORTANT:
The purpose of this modification is to 1) cxtend the period. of performance, 2) provide additional work entailing training for NRC inspectors and supervisors in accordance with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Electrical / Mechanical Component Training Courses MTS216, Valve Actuators and MTM225, Energency Diesel Generators, 3) change NRC Project Officer and add a TVA Project Manager, 4) increase the contract ceiling, and 5)' provide incremental-which increases the obligated amount from $1,260,585.00 funding in the amount of $25,000.00Therefore, the following changes are hereby incorporated to 51,285,585.00.

Article I, Period of Performance, is revised-to read as follows:
"The period of performance is July 23, 1984 through September 30, 1991."

Article II, Section 3.0 - Work Statement, subparagraphs 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 are revised to show correct course no. MTS216 Valve Actuators and to add training. course MTM225, Emergency Diesel Generators, and shall read as follows:
"3.1~
Scope Training will consist of approximately 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of classroom.

instruction and hands-on training. Training will be in accordance with'the Tennessee Valley' Authority (TVA) Electrical / Mechanical Specialized Training Courses MTS216, Valve Actuators, and MTM225, Emergency Diesel Generators."
"3.2 Task Statement TVA shall furnish the necessary qualified personnel, f acilities, materials, texts, and services to present up to eight (8)

presentations of their course MTS216, Valve Actuators, and three (3) presentations of their course MTM225, Emergency. Diesel Generators. No examinations will be given as part of the course
' presentations."
"3.3 Class Size and Scheduling Up to twelve (12) students may attend each course presentation.
Classes'will be conducted from 4:00 p.m. to midnight.on three consecutive weekdays, the scheduling of which shall be determined by mutual agreement of designated Nuclear. Training representatives and the NRC. Technical Training Center.
The exact dates for the first class and any optional classes requested will.be coordinated by_the NRC Project Officer with'the.
designated Nuclear Training representative within a minimum of 30 days prior to the actual presentation date."

"3.5 Technical Direction is revised to read as follows:

Article III, Estimate of Cost and Obligations of Funds, is revised to include the following paragraph:

"NRC will pay to TVA a total of $4,807.00 for each class presentation..Up to a maximum of eleven (11) classes will be presented, depending on availability of TVA instructor personnel, i

Charges will be billed to the NRC under this Agreement and will be set out as a separate item on the quarterly billing statement-currently provided to NRC for simulator usage.

Article'III, Estimate of Cost and Obligation'of Funds, paragraph C, is revised to read as follows:

In summary and as a result of this Modification No. 16,-the overall estimated cost is increased by'$52,877.00 from $3,904,856.60 to
$3,957,733.60. Further, the amount obligated is increased by $25,000.00 from $1,260,585.00 to $1,285,585.00.
All other terms and conditions under this Interagency Agreement remain unchanged.
