The purpose of this modification is to 1) cxtend the period. of performance, 2) provide additional work entailing training for NRC inspectors and supervisors in accordance with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Electrical / Mechanical Component Training Courses MTS216, Valve Actuators and MTM225, Energency Diesel Generators, 3) change NRC Project Officer and add a TVA Project Manager, 4) increase the contract ceiling, and 5)' provide incremental-which increases the obligated amount from $1,260,585.00 funding to 51,285,585.00. in the amount of $25,000.00Therefore, the following changes are hereby incorporated Agreement. ~

Charges will be billed to the NRC under this Agreement and will be set out as a separate item on the quarterly billing statement-currently provided to NRC for simulator usage.
- 6. Article'III, Estimate of Cost and Obligation'of Funds, paragraph C, is revised to read as follows:
" Delete: $1,260,585.00 Insert: $1,285,585.00"
/. In summary and as a result of this Modification No. 16,-the overall estimated cost is increased by'$52,877.00 from $3,904,856.60 to
$3,957,733.60. Further, the amount obligated is increased by $25,000.00 from $1,260,585.00 to $1,285,585.00.
All other terms and conditions under this Interagency Agreement remain unchanged.
