Letter from Mr. R. J. Conte (NRC) to Mr. C. H. Cruse (BGE), dated May 7,1998, Fitness for Duty In response to Reference (a) the requested additional information is provided in Attachment (1). The notification of May 1st was concerning a Nuclear Regulatory Commission-licensed operator that was determined to be under the influence of alcohol following a random Otness-for-duty test. As indicated in Reference (a), we request that the specifics of personal information contained in Attachment (2), be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act and 10 CFR 2.790.
