Revision 1 To Semi-Annual Effluent Release Report No. 9, July 1, 1988 through December 31, 1988 Attached is revision 1 of the Semi-Annual Effluent Release j
Report for the period July 1,
1989 through December 31, 1989.
Submittal of this revision is in compliance with the reporting 1
~ requirement 10CFR50.36a.
The revised report consists of ten (10) pages for the Effluent and Waste Disposal Report for the third and fourth quarters of 1988.
The possibility for this supplement was mentioned in the introduction of the Semi-Annual Effluent Release Report submitted in February, 1989.
This report has been updated to include Strontium-89 release data for the fourth quarter, 1988.
The offsite organ dose calculated for the Strontium-89 release (7.7E-5 mrem) Will have no significant numerical effect on the number previously reported (1.73E-1 mrem) for Iodines / Particulate in the Summary of Individual Doses.
Therefore, this table did not need to be modified in the report.

Table II.A page 1 of 9 in the original report, has been corrected f
to show that all Xenon-135 released through the North Stack in the fourth quarter occurred via continuous mode.
Previously, 0.984 Ci of Xenon-135 had been attributed to a batch release; it is now i
l combined into the continuous column.
