There has been-a restructure within the B&W Fuel Company's i
- Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant's management organization.
A new position has been created-to assist the Plant Manager.
This new position'will be filled'by Mr. D. V. Ferree and his respective title will be Manager, Fuel Operations.
' Reporting.to him will'be the Manager, Production & Materials

Control and'the Manager, Fuel i! manufacturing who are-organizationally-parallel.
This structure provides clear overall responsibility.for material. control and accounting functions and allows' independence from fuel manufacturing, therefore, it does not decrease the effectiveness of the FNMC Plan.
Under 10 CFR 70.32, we are providing-the revised pages from the FNMC Plan affected by these changes for the courtesy of the Commission at3 should not require an amendment to the Plan.
