MINUTES OF MEETING WITH OWNERS GROUP CHAIRPERSONS TO DISCUSS OUTSTANDING ISSUES RELATED TO NEW STS CHAPTERS 1.0 AND 3.0 On September 7, 1989, the NRC staff met with NUMARC and the Owners Group Chairpersons on matters concerning the Technical Specification Improvement Program in Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the outstanding issues and action items resulting from the Augtst 17, 1989 neetir.g concerning Chapters 1.0 (Definitions) and 3.0 (Applicability) of the proposed new Standard Technical Specifications (STS).
After the Owners Groups report back to the NRC with the resolution of their outstanding action items, the NRC will publish draft Revision (1) Sections 1.0 (Definitions) and 3.0 (Applicability).
