1 The following information is submitted in accordance with the Federal Regulation j
requirement that an annual report on the operation of our reactor facility be.
submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission:
.(1) The fuel for this facility has been shipped to.the Department of Energy (Martin Marietta)lity. facility at Oak Ridge, TN.
There is no enriched uranium on site at this faci A Decommissioning plan for the facility was submitted to the USNRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing, detailing the actions for termination of this license.

The reactor did not operate during the reporting period; therefore, O watt-hours of energy were produced.
(3)
There were no scrams.
(4)
No major maintenance was performed during the reporting period.
(5)
No radioactive effluents were released or discharged to the environment'beyond i
our effective control.
