A Decommissioning plan for the facility was submitted to the USNRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing, detailing the actions for termination of this license.

(2) The reactor did not operate during the reporting period; therefore, O watt-hours of energy were produced.

(3) There were no scrams.

(4) No major maintenance was performed during the reporting period.

(5) No radioactive effluents were released or discharged to the environment'beyond i our effective control. j (6)- No environmental surveys were performed outside our facility. 1 (7) There were.no unusually high radiation exposures to the facility personnel or-  ;
