~. t, Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide inc'remental funding in the amount of $127,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified to read as follows:
Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph b. is deleted and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is ~
$1,317,000.00."
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of $3,066,035.00, remain unchanged.
