TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (TS) NO. 372, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS - REVISION 2 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, TVA is submitting a revision to Section 6.3 of TS 372 which was submitted June 6, 1996.
The proposed revision is being made in response to NRC staff comments.
This change will replace the direct reference to the Nuclear Quality Assurance Plan (TVA-NQA-PLN89-A) in TS Section 6.3, Plant Staff Qualifications, with the actual requirements stated in TVA-NOA-PLN89-A.
This change is also consistent with the corresponding section in NUREG-1433, Revision 1,

The changes do not alter the determinations provided with the original submittal of TS 372 that there are no significant hazards considerations associated with the proposed change and the determination that changes qualify for a categorical exclusion from environmental review pursuant to the l
provisions of 10 CFR 51.22 (c) (9).

1 Enclocure 1 contains copies of the appropriate TS pages for Units 1, 2,
and 3 of the original submittal pages marked-up to show the proposed change. forwards the. typed TS pages for Units 1, 2,
and 3 that incorporate the proposed change.
TVA requests that the revised TS be made effective within 45-days of NRC approval.
